So there I was, walking the five minute warm-up on a grey morning but with glorious Autumn trees, and the walk seemed to be going on for ever...I actually wanted to get on with the run!
Realised that phone had paused itself in bum bag....had added 10 mins to the Programme. At least it wasn't during the Run 😳
I kept having problems like that with the app (I think it has been updated since) so I switched to Laura and the podcast....at least you were well and truly warmed up for the run.
Similar thing happened to me! Now I always wear my watch and check the time at each stage
