After having pain on my cool down walk last time I decided to take an extra day’s rest n repeat the same run. I figured having an interval where I could see if the pain came back was better than doing a full 20 minute run. Happily the pain did not return, though my legs felt heavy despite my usual amount of hydration n I had jellylegs after the second run. Anyway, I did it n stayed pain free so onwards to the big 20 minute run on Saturday 😃
