No you have NOT let yourself down, put that run down as a practice run, have a day off running, drink plenty of water the day before you rerun run 3 of week 6, run it a little slower than you did the first time, that way you should be OK, in fact, once you have completed that run, you will be officially a runner 🏃🏾 👍.

You have definitely NOT let yourself down. Give yourself credit for getting outside and trying, think about how much you have progressed in only 6 weeks, from running one minute to running 20 minutes at the end of week 5.

There’s always the next run where I’m sure you will smash 25 minutes 😊😊😊

You got out there and gave it a go! Ok it didn't go to plan, don't beat yourself up. Have a rest day and go again, you'll be fine 👍🏻😁

Course you haven’t let yourself down, that’s a long run and with a hill, well done you should be proud of yourself

How fantastic are you? Let yourself down?...certainly not! You got out there and you took on a hill! 🤩 Doing something different sometimes means making a couple of adjustments during the run. I tend to turn the pace down for hills. They’re so good for building up your stamina though.

So, the run did not go to plan, but no need to be disappointed. You just wait until your back out there, you’ll be jumping for joy!! You can most certainly do it! 🤗❤️

You wanted to try something new and it was a hill , you should be so proud. In a few weeks or so you will run up that hill without stopping and you will smile.

Enjoy the rest of your day 😊😊

Well, let's see?

Did you stay sat on the couch? No

Did you give up? No

So all that you need to do is review the run in your head, mentally prepare for next time, regroup and go again.

This is what success looks like!!

Agree with everyone else, definitely not let yourself down! Yes it would be wonderful if every single run always went to plan but life's not like that. Keep on keeping on, you're doing great. And don't be so hard on yourself! ☺

I completed C25K some 8 months ago and I still do the occasional walk up a hill but I’ve never “failed”. Good luck

You have definitely not let yourself down. You tried and that’s what counts. You’ll do it next time with this knowledge under your belt 😁
