Newly Graduate

So I managed to graduate last week and very thrilled with myself. I have done 5k in 33minutes . This week I haven’t run at all I am itching to go out for a run but the weather is getting me down .

No matter how bad it rains still put those trainers on & run!! Once your out there you’ll not be bothered about it! Don’t let the bad weather stop your progress 😁 Rainy cold day runs are amazing 😁

I wonder what kind of weather is stopping you? Icy conditions- to be avoided definitely!

If it’s rain, I have discovered that a light, breathable, waterproof jacket is transforming. With it, I love running in the rain (there’s something about being immersed in the elements as long as your torso is warm and dryish! 😂) Without it is another story - as I discovered once when I forgot to pack it for a weekend away. 🙄

I also use a running/ baseball cap to keep the raindrops off my glasses. 😄
