If you’re stuttering, YOU CAN DO IT!

I never EVER would have believed it, but I have kept going and hit my 1 year anniversary of starting the programme. I am still running!! Graduated on Dec 31st.

Usually 1-2 times a week, occasionally 3x. I know when I do 3 a week I feel better and it’s easier so that’s what I aim for.

Just keep plugging away and the benefits both physically and mentally have been enormous! Doctor’s are beginning to prescribe nature for better mental health, so running provides a double whammy.

What has worked for me which may be helpful if you find all kinds of excuses not to go ( because you will and I do) :

Have my kit out ready the night before by the side of my bed, a banana and a drink and commit to going the next morning, come rain or shine. Before I’m properly awake I pull on my gear, grab half a banana, a water and go out before the day has started so without thinking too much I’m out there!

Good luck!!
