Hi all. I started running again last October 10th after 30 plus years of not running. Did the C25K program and have been running ever since. A few injuries on the way, mostly niggles nothing serious touch wood. I've since done 36 parkruns, a 10k race and a half marathon. So my feelings are of my year is to anyone thinking running is beyond them believe me if I can do what I've done you can too!

Congratulations Dave58, happy running anniversary, or what they call here "RUNiversary" onwards and upwards to to your second year of running, my goodness me, 36 parkruns in those last 12 months alone is excellent in itself.

Happy Anniversary Dave!- What a difference a year makes :)
