I tried the first C25k+ today. I couldnโ€™t coordinate my feet to the speeds so I ran my own โ€œraceโ€ speeding up for the final 30 seconds. ๐Ÿค” I had two good yoga classes, though. Have signed up for Bridge to 10k which starts in. November. . Eek.

As a new Graduate this is usual.. we usually advise a couple of weeks consolidation after graduating., before using the podcasts.

The + podcasts are about a lot more than running.. hence the difficulty with the speeds.

The podcasts are about the disciplines in our running and are challenging... our running legs have only just got started with C25K.. they need a lot more practice with different runs.. 30 minute runs, new routes and longer slower runs too :)

Well done you though!

Great for starting bridge. I did 3x5k for 3 weeks after graduation to save thinking about what I was doing. Nice to run naked and just enjoy the journey instead of being told what to do. Good luck

Love your pictures. Are you an illustrator?

Just make sure you are happy running 5k a few weeks before you move on to the magic plan, but do join the forum and gain lots of great advice there.

I wish you well on your journey

I'm a doodler. I started so that I could teach children to read and write (in Spanish) in Nicaragua then to illustrate my blogs. Now I use them to illustrate slides in lectures and workshops and my C25k journey and beyond ๐Ÿ˜†
