Felt good once I got out, been putting it off all day as its been warm and sunny and I REALLY don't run well in heat. Who else is looking forward to the cold, rain, frost and darkness??? Is that just me then? Looking forward to post Fridays run, then I'll sneak a peak at what delights await week 4 ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Certainly NOT looking forward to the cold, rain, hail, frost, snow, severe weather warnings, I. E amber or red from the Met Office, or in the dark, no way would I run or be cycling in any of these weather conditions.

Iโ€™m a big fan of winter... I havenโ€™t run in the dark for 30 years... I love running in the rain... bring it all on!

Great job getting it done today, itโ€™s certainly hot this afternoon.

Love the rain, not keen on ice mind. Only in my Gin ;-)

Good for you getting out in the warmth today. It does me in! I ran at 8am and it was fairly warm then.

Iโ€™m looking forward to it being cool and cloudy. Happy with warmth and sun the rest of the time though! Iโ€™ve yet to run in the rain, just one drizzly one. Itโ€™ll come! ๐Ÿ’ง ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธโ˜”๏ธ

Totally right! Got back about 10 minutes ago and feel fabulous! We covered 2.4m in total (not all running, it was quite a long walk home after we finished the program) so feeling pretty chuffed! Go us ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿค—๐Ÿƒ

Brilliant job done. I vowed not to use my running watch or measure time and distance this time around. Found i got too hung up on it all. This time I'm running for me only. Super going for you guys :-)

Yeah, I'm completely obsessed with looking at the route we've taken (we kind of wing it!) and how far we've gone etc! I'm sure there will come a point where I won't be ... but then maybe not ๐Ÿ˜‚
