Enjoyable run this one upping the time to 8 mins x 2. Wore new running tops I bought from Mountain Warehouse. There is currently a 70% sale and the long sleeved tops are designed for walkers but perfect for runners as they are of the wick dry top and at £10 a lot cheaper than even those in Sports Direct.

I again did my 5k course adding on some extra walking and running to complete the course.

I bought a couple of long sleeved Nike tops from Sports Direct, not because of the name but because I'm fat and the Nike 2XL ones fit me unlike many of the other brands 2XL ones.

I don't like anything that is too tight, I prefer loose things, I have a green jumper that MRS LeeU hates but I' comfortable in it even though after losing over 4 stone it is a little on the large side.

Well done on losing the weight . I did try on the Nike tops it was a bit like putting on a wet suit I felt hot and claustrophobic!

A couple of years ago I bought an XL bright yellow Nike running top, I hate bright colours normally but it was greatly reduced in price, I've never been able to get into it without it feeling tighter than my wetsuit (I dive as well so do have a wetsuit at home) but yesterday, for some strange unknown reason, I decided I'd give it a go and it fits lovely.

Some of my 2XL t-shirts are too tight/small, I'm now down to a 40 inch waist in jeans, was in 46 inch waist trousers at my daughters wedding in March, so happy at that.
