OMG OMG I cannot believe I’ve just jogged for the dreaded 20mins none stop πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ. 6 weeks ago I could not jog for 30 seconds without nearly dying 😫. I had to repeat week 4 but now it’s all payed off and I bloody did it πŸŽ‰ . Thanks guys you all keep me going , peace and love to all 😘.

Congratulations Piggy44, you look so happy in that photograph, well done on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Thank you , yeah how is that I go back to walking in between runs again and why does it make it more difficult 😫? X

Trust the program, just take the first two runs of week 6 particularly slowly, not sure why the founders of C25K went back to interval walks and runs after 5.3, no doubt something to do with the science of long distance running.

I like you find the runs with walking breaks harder. But it is an adaption programme and why not spread it over 6 weeks to accommodate many uniquely different people coming off the couch.

It is a proven building programme.

Just finished my week 5.3 run this morning.

Will be looking on with interest.

Enjoy your continuous wk 7/8&9 runs.
