Yes, I actually did it, ran for a full 20 mins non stop. I never would have believed it. This program is truly amazing. For the first time since beginning I am actually really starting to believe this is possible, I can do this.

I’m so pleased and proud. I feel amazing 😊. Onwards and upwards πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done you!!! πŸŽ‰ Nothing compares to the feeling I had after completing that run. For me this was also the point where I started to believe that thirty minutes might actually be doable, and next week I will be on week 9 and see if I was right! 😁 I am also deeply impressed with the C25k plan who turns us into runners in such a short time. Enjoy your huge success and the runs to come!

Well done. It is a significant milestone and you are right to be so proud. Make sure you give the next run, W6R1, a lot of respect as it catches a lot of people out. Take it slowly is my advice. That's in the future though, for now bask in the wonderful feeling :)

So pleased to read this, I’ll be doing W5 R3 by the end of the week (did R1 today) and I’m a bit nervous but I’ll give it my best shot! Love the positivity of this group! Good luck with W6! πŸ’ͺ🏼😊

It is possible for you to run for 30 minutes, congratulations on completing the 20 minutes run of week 5 of C25K, that is a milestone run, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊
