That's fantastic good for you, your confidence will grow after each run. No need to be nervous, the programme works, I graduated in June and I'm running 5k every other day ππββοΈπ
you did so well... W5r3 was probably one of my easiest runs of this whole programme.. but week 6 I came crashing down with a bang!.. those intervals really messed me around!.. i hated them... hopefully you will fare better
Well done! It does feel great doesnβt it?! To achieve 20 whole minutes seemed such a long way away when you start the programme and struggle with 1 minute! But congratulations! Not long to go now! You be graduated before you know it!!!!
Well done. Iβm doing that run tomorrow morning. At the moment it seems a huge mountain to climb after the last run which was two lots of eight minutes. Congratulations
It's fab isn't it. That W5R3 run is the magic moment when you realise what you're achieving. I'm only 2 runs ahead of you and honestly, now you've done that run you'll be fine x
Iβm sure youβve had a heads up already but take your time. A few people seem to struggle with having an interval back in place in W6R1. You can always smash it at the end if you having plenty energy left in the tank! Good luck!
I have seen that the first run has taken others by surprise, it does seem strange to go back to intervals but Iβm sure there is some method in there π€·ββοΈ
I am a very slow runner so I will take it very steady. Thank you again x
