Tonight I set out with 1 aim, to keep a steady pace for my run of 30 mins around the route that contains some hills and I achieved it I have found my comfortable pace is around 6:45/km at this pace I feel strong and I am at a conversational pace.
Plan for Thursdays run is to go out and do 30 mins again but do 10 min blocks at different paces to see how that feels.
I really do LOVE running and it is great at clearing my head after a long day at work.
