Guests, family and hot days meant that I went out for my first run after graduation a full week after achieving the big milestone.Feeling so good this morning that I’m back running.
Woke up early and was out for my run at around 6:30 am. I did my stretching routine for a bit longer as I wanted to make sure that my body is ready to take on the pounding. It was nice and cool early in the morning, a pleasant 12 C.
Looks like the cooler temperature helped with the pace as well. I managed to do 4.2 Kms in 30 mins. I’m planning to continue running for 30 mins for another week and then will decide what’s going to be my next goal. At the moment it’s just the pleasure of running that I want 😀
Cheers runners!!

I’m due to go on holiday the week after I plan to graduate and was thinking I might not be able to run that week (walking in the alps should be enough exercise!) so I’m really glad to see someone else took a break too and survived 😀
