This morning was my first proper run for two and a half weeks. Covered 2.5 miles in 30 mins, just a gentle jog and christened my new sauconys π breathing was good and legs will probably feel it a little later but no reaction from my sore Achilles, that was my main concern. It feel really good to be back out there.

Very!!! I was surprised... I knew I had missed it but I was anxious I had lost fitness ...but my breathing was good. I knew when to stop though my legs decided that for me.
I originally set my phone to run for 20 mins. With the idea of turning around after 10 mins, when that came I was feeling good so carried on for another 5 mins before turning around.... Iβll feel it tomorrow lol π
