After some motivation problems and Gremlins whispering into my ear, with a lot of your support I overcame obstacles and went running today
I attempted W6R1 (5+8+5 min of jogging), I managed to do 5+4+4+5 minutes reaching 2.6 miles (including walking) Quite good results and I am proud of it. Although the run itself was extremely difficult, like my body forgot how to do it. I know my amazing body will remind itself My all body ache, but my soul is finally calm and happy. I also feel that my body needed it. So focus for tomorrow - some light exercises and stretches, just to move this detailed and perfect machinery which I also call my true and only home, as wherever I am going or whatever I am doing I'm living in this body from the beginning till the end. I took very good care of my home After "run", I stretched muscles a little, and than had (long postponed) long, very warm bath with lavender & cocoa butter bath melt which I bough on Hitchin Lavender Field / Farm. Now, I'm re-fuelling myself with pineapple-banana smoothie (from bottle, I didn't prepare it myself, not this time).
Happy evening and calm night everybody!
And of course: great runs!

It's a funny run this one, I'm w6r2 tomorrow, most of us struggle with it! I got my 2nd wind half way through the 8min run & when I had finished I was really surprised to have run my furthest too, so well chuffed!
Yes it's just a difficult run and runningraspberrydiva is spot on. But us Week 6ers are made of grit and will do it - although we may fancy a lovely fragrant bath afterwards.... lavender and cocoa butter sounds heavenly.
