Great runs this week by which I mean I survived !😂👌went out today at lunch time instead of the 6am ish run just to get me ready for charity run Sunday ,I have to say I do prefer the quiet of the early morning just something special about not seeing to many people 😂🙏but I'll get used to it I guess?😮 ,week 8 here I come happy running people this week 🎉👌👏💯
