Just finished the first run of the final week! Took it nice and easy and covered just over 5k overall (so including walk time). Will gradually increase the pace over the week.
Happy running to all you lovely people! β€οΈ

Well done you - especially on such a windy day π
Well done I bet youβre excited to finish xx good luck donβt get too hung up on the 5k bit you donβt want an injury this close
Thanks Welsby, yes Iβm very excited! I definitely wonβt be doing 5k within the 30 mins by the final run but I am just aiming to slightly up the pace...if it feels ok to do so. Iβve read all the wonderful advice over the last couple of months and definitely donβt want to mess it up now by pushing too hard! The 5k in 30 mins will be my next goal! β€οΈ
Hey- how did you find it? Iβve just started week 5 and am really looking forward to being where you are now!
Hi Craig, it has been a wonderful journey and the support on this forum is fabulous! I used to run a lot years ago and then became quite ill and it took a number of years to recover. I had to forget everything Iβd done before and just start running for the joy of it and not compare my fitness levels to what I had previously. C25K is such a sensible programme and has helped me enormously.
Huge congratulations for reaching week 5 and I wish you all the best for the rest! πββοΈ
