Right... I'm posting this here now to motivate myself to run tomorrow! I had 2 difficult runs last week, and being a bit busy and a bit demotivated have not managed to get out since.
I decided not to go today, but to make sure I'm getting plenty of water all day, and get back out there tomorrow πββοΈ Just posting here so I cant get out of it! So do all feel free to ask me tomorrow how it went!! π

Parky those 2 difficult runs last week were strength builders for doing 8:2 tomorrow! Are you prepared with your favourite music on a playlist? Start your run very slowly concentrating on the words of your music to get you through the toxic 10... after the delightful halfway bell start to take in your surroundings & enjoy being out and about...keep a steady slow pace... then those last couple of minutes belt it out with anything you have left in the tank!! You can definitely do this because
A) you have already done it!! Run πββοΈ π
B) your previous runs have made you stronger πͺ π₯
Go for it .... Iβll be here cheering you on. My trick is to lay all the running gear out and just put it on when I get home. It works every time. I always start the podcast with well Iβll see how I get on then once i start thereβs no stopping me. I found some really good podcasts today also on iPlayer by runners world and run pod. After listening to a few Iβm itching to get out there. Have fun x
