How are you all? I hope you’ve all had a great week so far.
I have had a lazy week so far and haven’t pushed myself to get out there and run since Saturday. I’m planning on going tomorrow after work as tonight, just like today has proved to be to busy and full of other responsibilities that can’t be put off.
Tomorrow I will get out there. I now feel I will be far more motivated to face the cold, that I have posted on here

Just quickly read you story, you do not need to be held accountable, you are a fighter and have gone through enough already, think why you started take it easy we are all watching 🧐 and pick your clothes up off the floor, you should know better!
Well done for getting out, fit runs in when/ if you can and be kind to yourself! If it doesn’t get done, so what🤷🏻♀️ There’s always tomorrow. And that goes for everything non essential, be it runs, housework, washing ! 🌶x

Hi Bluecat9 ...don’t worry about life getting in the way, that happens to the best of us!! the main thing is, you sound determined to get out there and now you have to report back to us so there’s no getting out of it now!!! Start nice and slowly so you warm up gradually and compose your post while you’re at it, that’ll keep your mind off the cold xx

This forum is good for that! Once you’ve posted you have to go! Good luck for tomorrow, it’s always worth it once you get out there. I’m also running tomorrow so I have to do it now as well! 🤣
Definitely felt better for it thank you. Not very far in, that was wk 2 run 2 although my 4th attempt. Third time I’ve managed the full amount but want to get one more in before I move on
You’re doing it that’s the main thing, so well done! Good luck with your next run. I’m at W4 R3 next, each week I’ve looked at the next runs and thought I’ll never manage that but do some how! ☺️
