Week 4 run 1 done. Slowed my pace down after the last run and glad I did.
After completing the first 5 minute run I felt amazing by the time I finished the last 5 minutes i was happy it was done.
Really enjoying the longer run periods, getting a rhythm going makes it much easier. Next run scheduled for Thursday. πββοΈπββοΈππͺ

Iβm at the same point as you w4 r1....found the last 5 mins easier then the first part of the run. Iβm definitely enjoying the longer runs as well. X
