After the first 5 minute run I was worried I wouldn't be able to do the last one but I did and I feel very happy! I even had a heavy jacket on incase it rained. I under estimated distance and had to jog up and down the same road sometimes but apart from that can't wait for the next one!

Well done on the run, but just as importantly..... You have 'the jacket'! You do realise that that's it now? If you've got the 'running jacket' that means you're officially hooked. Nothing can stop you now: rain, snow, tornados.... Ok, maybe tornados.
Good on you! I am at the same stage with run 2 of week 4 on Thursday. I run on the local canal towpath and am getting to be able to gauge when it's time to turn back. Keep going!
Well done! I'm just behind you on week 3 run 2 and feeling slightly worried about the increase to 5mins next week! But great to be inspired by people who are in front and succeeding. Keep it up!
Fantastic stuff! Keep up the good work. I'm a little ahead of you... w4r3 tomorrow. I have to keep reminding myself that I can do it...after all, I've already done it twice but I just can't believe I'm actually doing it!!!
