Due to a slight calf strain I rested for 2 days instead of the usual 1. Did my 7th consolidation run tonight and it went really well, 4.97km in 30mins, bit slower than last time as didn't want to over do it.
It's hard to believe that just over 2 months ago the thought of running for 3 mins non stop terrified me but now I look forward to running for 30mins! The program works! ππββοΈ

Hi Al I hope you are well, thank you as always for your positive comments and advice. I'm going to stick to consolidation runs for a while, embed the habit further and then move on to stepping stones.
My calf isn't 100% still so will need a longer rest period. πππββοΈπ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
