The thought of running for 5 mins scared me I admit can't believe I did it, the last run I had to slow it up but completed it I never could have done this 3 weeks ago trust me I haven't run for that long in 30 years you would never believe I was really good at running once but I will be again with this plan:) between Calvin Harris, Laura and you guys !! Not gonna lie it only feels good when you finish !!

This is why this programme works and it's great to reflect on how far you have come. As a relatively new Graduate I have transformed my health through this and now feel a lot more robust physically and mentally. Keep on going you are doing fantastic!

Great work, keep it up, I recognise what you are saying about it only feeling good when you have finished! It took me quite a while beyond the program before I felt good during the runs...!

Well done you, it is a fantastic programme... I didn't ever think I'd harp on boring the pants off people about how I love this running lark!

Listen to lovely Laura, do as she says and slooooow... You'll be graduating in no time ;-)

High five! I did W4R1 this morning to and I'm so proud. My legs had a little wobble as Laura said I'd be running for 5 minutes and I honestly didn't think I'd be able to complete the run but slowly (very slowly) I got through it. I'm still not loving running as I'm doing it but I am loving how I'm suprising even myself and the feeling afterwards 😊

Well done! Keep it up and you'll be graduating in no time. I have never, in all my 57 years, been able to run at all, and if I was running for the bus I was puffing like a steam engine for the next few stops. I am only one week ahead of you (20 Minutes in one go tomorrow!!!), but you improve gradually and this programme really seems to work.

The main thing is to stick with it and not to give up, even if you don't manage a particular run straightaway.

Well done . You obviously are on the right track. This is the beginning of the real success in your exercise program just to show you what you are capable of doing. Keep it up in just a little over one month this will all be nice to remember.
