Week 4 run3

I’ve just achieved a personal turning point because I just ran in daylight. Normally I go out as it’s getting dark to avoid being seen. Bit embarrassed to be honest. But I felt more confident tonight and just kept going. Definitely progress.

Fantastic news. Get out there and enjoy the lovely autumn colours. Good for the soul and helps take your mind off how long you are running for.

Great for getting out in the daylight and why shouldn't you. You should be so very proud of being out and running. Well done you 😊

Well done. It’s amazing how running brings confidence as well as building up fitness and Stamina. There’s so much beauty around us to take in and I love watching the seasons unfold. Enjoy your daylight runs 👍👏

Well done. I started running at the crack of dawn in the hope of remaining invisible. At about the same stage as you, I went from being embarrassed to being proud that I wasn’t on the couch. Enjoy the daylight. 👏👏😊
