Well today I set off but struggled to jog against the strong wind which ended up with me power walking as opposed to running for 2 mins at about 12 mins in I added the extra 2 mins at the end . My question is should I repeat this run before doing week 6 ?

The only person you need to justify this to is yourself, so whatever makes sense to you. If you are a 'completionist' do it again. If you feel you have it covered, press on. You'll be running for longer soon enough.
Congratulations but I think you should repeat it, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, in this case it would be wise to do so.
If it was me, I’d do it again, completely your call though. I know how bad the wind was here today, I was practically running on the spot, trying to push through it 🤣

Depends how you felt! If you were disappointed then try again but personally I think move on. See how you feel another time. I'm sure you'll smash it🏃🏃👍
