I made sure I was hydrated for two days after suffering a bit with the second half of W6R2 and it worked a treat just completed week 6 R3 with no real issues when I reached the physiological barrier at 20 mins which is the furthest I have ran for 35 years “A Promise” by Echo and the Bunnymen came on my headphones and I knew I would make it!
