DID IT DID IT DID IT !!!!!!

I cannot believe that I just ran for 25 mins without walking !!! 6 weeks ago I just thought that this would never happen, but thanks to Laura in my ear telling me to keep going and that I COULD do it .............I have !! I drove back from my run in the next village (with pavements ) with a massive grin on my face . For anyone who like me might think that 25 mins is a big leap after run 2 , just believe that you can do it , seriously, if I can , then so can you ,

Happy Happy happy

Thanks Leyther1, believe me you CAN do it, Once laura says that you've been running for 12 1/2 minutes , then you just KNOW that you will be able to finish. I found that I might have started a bit too fast but I slowed right down after the first 10 mins, then as I say after the half way mark, i settled in to a steady pace. It will feel So good Leyther1 , please let me know how you get on. :- )

Wow, well done. I am about to do w2 r3 so 90 second runs. Can't even imagine running for 25 minutes.

You have shown that it can be done though. Huge pat on the back for you. Well done!

And I w as just the same Belles17 :-) If you follow the podcast , you really can do it , I still have quite a way to go but I feel more confident with each big run. I am not getting too cocky though :-)

well done, congratulations! I remember that feeling, your post brought a big smile to my face :-) It is amazing, I think most of us thought, while we were puffing and wheezing our way through 90 second runs, that we would never be able to run for 30 minutes. You are so close to your goal now, good luck and enjoy all of the wonderful achievements along the way :-)
