That's that one done. 25 minutes managed, but I need to hydrate more.
Feeling ouch right now.

Well done Jundal! You're ding brilliantly! W7 now! Exciting! โค๏ธ
Well done!!
Ooo well done Runner! Mineโs tomorrow. How was it? ๐
Actually, quite difficult. Mainly because I experienced problems with Spotify, and kept having to press play repeatedly which doesn't do much for my breathing. I've also had an exceptionally stressful day, when I found out my mum is in hospital. But having said that, no gremlins, and only relentless determination through to the end. I did find my right knee ached, but it was more a 'alright mate, don't you think enoughs enough?' kind of ache.
I kept he speed low, knowing I had a good distance to cover and enjoyed it. It has left me feeling very tired, but I've nothing to get up for tomorrow, so all is good. I'm looking forward to Friday, because I know how far I got today and when Sarah tells me there's a minute left, I can really switch on, breathe deep and fast, extend my stride and FLY.
Gosh what a lot to contend with. Amazing you got through the run, but you did and thatโs fab!
Iโm apprehensive about the 25 minutes, but I found the 20 minutes last week easy, and itโs only 5 minutes more, right? ๐ณ Still, I will do it.
Congratulations again! Have a restful day tomorrow! ๐๐๐ป
Awesome job๐๐. Got mine Friday morning and somehow Iโm actually looking forward to it
Well done.. just the next run in this structured build up.. no easier or harder..just different than the others.. that is how we progress. Very good job..hydrate well each and every day
Well done dude! I found this week hard as well. I have repeated the week again just purely to prove myself I can do it! Keep it up and running plus a great stress relief.
Congratulation. Well done!!!!! I did the run yesterday and found it really difficult. I found WK6 the hardest yet but I trust the program and was determined to complete each run. So on to WK7 good luck hopefully we will both find it a little easier.
We'll do it together, oldfool. I'll do it my end, you do it yours. We will push through the pain, the doubt, the hurt and the uncertainty. We can do this. We'll do better than do it.
WE'LL SMASH IT. All of us. We'll all graduate in the same week and share pictures of our proud, knackered after run pictures.
Deal?
And cheesehead and cheekychipmunk I expect you two to join us!
well done! hydration is a funny thing. i was carrying a small bottle if water at week 6 but by week 7 i didn't need it during the run. i guess your body gets used to it? good luck. drinking plenty after a run is good (water that is! ;-))
