Always so nervous about a new week but should β€œnever doubt the programme β€œ as I had clearly built up the strength and SMASHED IT πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ also day 8 of no smoking so running is definitely needed to keep me stress free πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ happy running everyone

I have written two posts to try to help people cope with the mental challenges.

This one healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which is general.

Then to get your head round W5 in particular healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and you will run better.

Thank you 😊 it was more reference to giving up smoking πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ˜‰ will def take a look at the articles as 20min does feel like the mountain ahead but once past the toxic 10 I seem to have pace and breathing down to a tee. I’m really looking forward to the challenge. I really love the structure and it’s fantastic feeling the strength building. Thanks so much for all the -β€œpointing in the right direction β€œ IannodaTruffee. As time passes it’s clear to see why you need the knowledge alongside the practical.

Great for completing wk5r1 and really good you have been smoke free for 8 days. You should be so proud. Well done you 😊.

There is a forum like this for quiting smoking

healthunlocked.com/quitsupport

I love health unlocked so joined the quitting smoking page in the run up and yes they are also marvellously supportive as everyone here πŸ™β€οΈπŸ˜€

Well done! It really does work. I've got my last two runs this week.

Great job on the no smoking, my other half found running a lot easier once he gave it up.
