Determined to stay on schedule, so ran at 10.30pm after 2hrs of club badminton 🏸. Accompanied by streetlights but their orange glow were too weak to be effective & created discerning shadows for my footfalls. First run was difficult but became easier. Covered more distance. Pleased with my progress 😊👍

Thanks Grannytobe, with the orange glow behind me I probably resembled a Ready-Brek advert! 😊

Thanks Backintime, feeling tired after yesterday’s exertions but looking forward to running again tomorrow. I see you’ve graduated. How’s your running?

It's going fine thanks, I am over on the 10k forum now and have signed up for a HM - it all started with C25K, so be careful you don't get addicted lol

I like coming on here and helping to encourage others though, paying it forward for those that did it for me

I postponed yesterday as I’ve got a running friend whose been laid up with an infected tooth and she asked me if should could join me today to ease her back in so I’m out with her at tea time. Then I’m climbing Snowdon to raise money for nurses in hardship on Saturday so I might count that as week four run three and start week five Monday if my legs are working 😀 what about you?
