Well done!! I went for a longish walk today and the pains are still there. So, no run tonight. Will try for Wednesday. If still no good, I'll leave it until next Monday and will restart at W2R1. Sooooo frustrating
Oh I can imagine the frustration when you started so well. But there’s all year to nail this and we will at some point. Good that you walked today to try it out. That’s better than nothing. 👍🏼

Thankyou! I must have been slower today because of where my route ended but that can only mean that I went off too fast last Saturday.
It felt a lot better today. First 3 minute run hurt but after that I settled into a bit of a rhythm albeit a slow one! 😂
....and there you were on Saturday after that run, sounding like you wanted to give up, lol.
