Thanks so much for your support after a gruelling W4 1st run on Saturday. I thought I’d reached my limit but obviously the old muscle memory kicked in and didn’t let me down today. 😊
Well done!! I went for a longish walk today and the pains are still there. So, no run tonight. Will try for Wednesday. If still no good, I'll leave it until next Monday and will restart at W2R1. Sooooo frustrating

It felt a lot better today. First 3 minute run hurt but after that I settled into a bit of a rhythm albeit a slow one! 😂
