Reasons not to run this morning:
- Minus 2 outside with snow and ice on the ground
- Nasty muscle soreness
- Really didn't want to get out of bed
- Having a really bad week
Reasons to run this morning:
- I promised myself I would
- I REALLY want to graduate from this programme with my head held high
- The sun was shining
- I have great trail shoes that have an insane amount of grip
So I ran. Perhaps the hardest run I've done yet because of the physical conditions, the tiredness and my mental state. But it's in the bag and I'm still on track. Perhaps that's enough for today.
