I noticed all the fear and dread posts about this run so I just didn’t read past the titles and decided to run my own race as it were. I’m pleased to report that I did it! I put my faith in the program and just listened to Michael on the app and kept going. I’m really not the fastest by a long shot but just took it at my pace, kept breathing and telling myself I could do it. So forward march to Week 6 😁

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, nothing to be scared of although many runners are, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊 🏃🏾
