So I graduated Couch to 5k :D there were definitely tears at the end!! To the point I was worried I wouldn't be able to run the final 60 seconds because I had already started crying which was making it hard to breathe haha :)

Didn't quite make it to 5k in 30 minutes, got to 4.7k but have since ran a 5k in 32 minutes so not too far off!

Is anyone still not over the novelty that they can run and run and not have to stop?! I'll be 20 minutes into a run and be marvelling at the fact that I am still running, I can't quite believe it.

What a great programme to follow, I am definitely not a runner but it has worked for me! And I am definitely going to keep up my running - parkrun next!

This forum really helped give me motivation when I was finding it tough so so it is my turn to motivate others - keep going, you are doing fantastically and you will get there!

Such a sense of achievement and I am so proud of myself :D

I cried too Millie!! It’s such an incredible joy when it finally comes together!! Well done I did mine 4.33K so not as good as you. My next goal during consolidation 5K 😁
