Hi all,

Just want to say a big thank you to everyone here in this forum for their inspiring posts and advice.

I am currently on W7 and have managed to complete the first run. Unfortunately, I injured my neck/back and had to take a break for about a week and I'm a bit concerned when I return.

Any advice? Should I go back to other weeks and get back into fitness that way?

I'm a slow runner so would appreciate any tips.

Does anyone have any recommendation on foot wear for running that is waterproof? I have some running trainers but they're not waterproof. Or waterproof running gear.

C25K is an amazing program, really am enjoying doing it. 🙂

Many thanks in advance!

Glad your neck/back is feeling better, as you've only had 1 week out you should be able to pick up where you left off. Not sure about waterproof trainers but I like Decathlon for running gear. Slow running is good that's how we get to the end of each run. Good luck 😊

Hi all, thank you all so much for your replies.

@Buddy34, thanks for that. I'll check Decathlon as well, thank you for your suggestion. That's what I've been doing 🙂

@misswobble, thank you. I have read it a few weeks ago, will read it again.

@Annieapple, thank you for your kind words. Very appreciated! It was hard but I'm determined to finish this program, no matter how long it takes me 🙂
