Great for getting to wk4. When you feel it's getting tough slow down . Also that's what is great about the forum you can post and read and we won't be bored😂.
Make sure you are drinking plenty water 7 days a week not just on run days.

Well done LauraD74 , you are doing so well. that is such a good idea rewarding yourself with a star!! If and when its starts to feel a struggle, just slow right down, as slow as you can, slower than slow and you'll be absolutely fine, your stamina is growing with each and every run and that's another run in the bank
