Should I repeat?

Evening all. Hope you’ve had a pleasant weekend?

I recently finished W7 and haven’t run for a week due to it being mine and my sons birthdays and being away.

Plan to get back out there tomorrow morning.

Will I be best repeating week 7 or just go staring into week 8? Don’t want to set myself up for a fail

Chris you won’t have lost any fitness in a week. 8:1 is a repeat of 7:3 so I would start on 8:1 taking it nice and slowly. You may have more energy after a break!

I will be doing 8:3 so will be thinking of you and willing you onwards and upwards. 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

Almorr is right in saying W8 is 3mins longer so it’s not exactly the same as 7:3 but you are ready for it!!

Runs 3 of week 6 and the 3 runs of week 7 are all 25 minutes, the 3 runs of week 8 are 28 minutes.
