I stood on the scale and am another 1kg down on last week.
My husband gave me a Fitbit (so I guess I have to keep this running lark up now)
It was cool, cloudy and drizzly (truly the running gods were smiling on me)
I went out and smashed W8R3!!
Well, that may be an exaggeration. I did it with no real problems, although it makes me work hard.
You know, those pesky French exchange kids were out again, getting back on their coach with their wheelie suitcases. I guess they’re heading home. Anyway, I didn’t stop for them this time, just ran right through them.
Bring on Week 9, which I will do in New York City!

Happy Birthday! I turned 40 in December and I've never felt fitter (actually today I feel extremely tired!) most of the time, life is just beginning as they say! Good luck with graduation week and have a great day
Thank you everyone! The support I’ve had from this forum over the past 2 months has been just amazing. Bit of a wobble this week, but feel like I’m back in the game now, and that’s thanks to you lot.
Sorry… tired and emotional. Have had wine and chocolate cake...
