Yay, so pleased to be back here with just three runs to go before I re-graduate. This time round I am following the NHS 12 week fitness plan and it’s been perfect for me.
This weeks runs have been great I cannot express how good doing this alongside Strength and Flex has made it. So much better than the last time round. I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve been in the last 8-10 years and still motivated to carry on. I did worry about maintaining the workout side without Laura but I have kept going.
I’m so happy to be back running. I have an outline of a new 12 week plan ready for when I have finished this one.
