I haven’t been running for 3 weeks now and prior to that had only managed 4 runs in 4 weeks, it’s not injury related been swamped at work and had a couple of weekends away that were totally indulgent, I want to get back to my runs but where should I start?

I would start with a week 3 run, see how it feels, if you can manage that, move up a week doing one run from each week until you find one you need more practice on, if not repeat week 3, you'll soon be back where you left off
Just go out and try a slow no pressure run and see what you can manage . You might be surprised you've maybe lost no fitness at all . Good luck😊😊
Hi there don’t know if this helps but when I was completing the C25K I got an injury in Wk 7 which stopped me running for 4 weeks annoyingly. I started back (with frustration I add!!) at week 3 to see how I fared and played it by ear to see how I coped to move forwards. The advice I would give is, listen to your body your mind will prob want to do another thing but your body is the judge to help you move forward. Good luck and keep going 🏃♀️ 👌
