I got up to week 9 and only needed 1 more run to graduate and then I got shingles quite badly and now I haven’t been out for a run in 5 weeks ! Where should I start from ? I think I could probably manage 20 minutes.

If you think you can do 20 minutes then I'd say go out, give it a try and see how you get on. If it goes OK then carry on from there, or if not go back a bit with the programme.

Maybe Week 6?..... which is the weird, walk and run week But..it could help you get back in very steadily ?
Just go really slowly and see how you feel ? You can always stop and regroup.. the runs are still here, as are we...

Shingles is supposed to be very painful so my sympathies are with you.
It might have taken more out of you than you think so be prepared to take it very, very slowly to build up again. If you think you can manage 20 minutes then go for that but if you need to, take a walking break mid way and then carry on running.
I went back to week six run 1 as suggested by oldfloss and it was great, so glad I got my backside in gear and went out. Bring on Tuesday and my next run 🏃🏻♀️
