Finally and well overdue. I went at a much slower pace than usual to ensure I didn’t stop at some point in the run.
I’ve noticed I’ve been getting heartburn around the 14 minute marker recently. I have a problem with my oesophagus and had to have an operation about twelve years ago on it. As a result, I get bad reflux and if I don’t take something for reflux before or during a run, I suffer quite badly.
