W2 R2 completed yesterday evening and I actually quite enjoyed it!
First time running on public paths, as the fields that I normally run on (to avoid people seeing me as much as possible π) were far too muddy. Was dreading running a different route with more people around but once I was out, I wasn't even that bothered if people saw me! It helped that it was getting dark π
Looking forward to run 3 on Thursday! πββοΈ

I run early morning and am already getting to recognise other runners/dog walkers who are about at the same time. Iβve even had a couple to encouragements.
Good luck with Thursdays run - then thatβs another week under your belt ππ»ππΌββοΈππ»
That's lovely π I have found that the other runners/dog walkers that I've seen, have all been friendly. I think it's always been the idea of passing groups of teenagers that's given me anxiety π I'd love to run in the mornings but it's not really possible for me.
Thank you, I can't believe it's nearly week 3 already!
Well done you are doing great π. I gave up using my dogs as a cunjing disguise as to what I was up to π at about the same point I think, as I was sooooo enjoying myself, i couldn't give a fig about about other people seeing me ....
