W2 R2 done πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

W2 R2 completed yesterday evening and I actually quite enjoyed it!

First time running on public paths, as the fields that I normally run on (to avoid people seeing me as much as possible πŸ˜‚) were far too muddy. Was dreading running a different route with more people around but once I was out, I wasn't even that bothered if people saw me! It helped that it was getting dark πŸ˜‚

Looking forward to run 3 on Thursday! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done!

I run early morning and am already getting to recognise other runners/dog walkers who are about at the same time. I’ve even had a couple to encouragements.

Good luck with Thursdays run - then that’s another week under your belt πŸ‘πŸ»πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»

Thank you!

That's lovely 😊 I have found that the other runners/dog walkers that I've seen, have all been friendly. I think it's always been the idea of passing groups of teenagers that's given me anxiety πŸ˜• I'd love to run in the mornings but it's not really possible for me.

Thank you, I can't believe it's nearly week 3 already!

Great running and out in public you should be so proud of yourself . The more you do it the more confident you will be. Well done you 😊😊

I hope so! I found it so much easier running on the pavements, so I think I'll try and keep it up. Thank you 😊

well done Ember22, I'm always concerned i'll turn my ankle over running through fields. Good luck on your next run.

I have to admit, the ground I was running on before was very uneven and I was constantly having to look down as I ran so I didn't trip over

Well done you are doing great πŸ‘. I gave up using my dogs as a cunjing disguise as to what I was up to πŸ˜‰ at about the same point I think, as I was sooooo enjoying myself, i couldn't give a fig about about other people seeing me ....
