I think I broke my body π I woke up sore all over and thighs burning this morning. It was hard going and number 2 monster was not enjoying it but we did it π. Gonna take a couple of extra days rest I think. Halfway!!!

Great you've completed wk4r2. Are you stretching after EVERY run and if you can fit in lots of walking on rest days that will help also. Well done you.
