I think I broke my body πŸ˜‚ I woke up sore all over and thighs burning this morning. It was hard going and number 2 monster was not enjoying it but we did it πŸ˜€. Gonna take a couple of extra days rest I think. Halfway!!!

Yes you did it! 😊 Congrats.

Those aches shouldn't last to long..

Well done.

Make sure you do the full set of post run stretches, immediately after every run, while muscles are still warm and supple, as linked to in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸŽˆWell done getting to the halfway mark! Celebrate with a warm Epsom Salt bath to ease those aches & then follow all the advice from IannodaTruffe!

Great you've completed wk4r2. Are you stretching after EVERY run and if you can fit in lots of walking on rest days that will help also. Well done you.

Well done on getting so far! Ditto the advice above. Maybe slow down a bit, too?

I’d be going backwards πŸ˜‚ it was just a bad run. Run 1 of this week was awesome but new trainers and an extra days rest. I can do this! πŸ€ͺ
