I did it! After my last a tept at run 2, I really wanted to nail it! And I did! I completed it! I feel amazing too! It was definitely me eating my food before that made me stop. I’ve not had food before my run this time and feel amazing! Whoop whoop! Thank you everyone for reassuring me that everyone has those days where they need a little more rest. Thank you all.

Well done!!! Sounds as though you smashed it - keep up the good work. I always find drinking lots of water throughout the day before an evening run helps prevent stitch too which I always seemed to get!

Week 4 run 1 for me tomorrow and I must say I’m thinking it’s going to be an impossibility however I did think the same about the 3 minute runs but I did them, just about.

Fantastic! Well done. Yes, we all have rubbish days. Personally, I like to run just before breakfast or just before dinner... never afterwards.
