Week 4 Run 2 - better!

Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my last post. I took the advice to drink more water and s l o w down and buoyed up by your encouragement, I’ve just completed run 2 and it was so much better. Slow and steady still felt like a bit of a cheat (I associate running with speed) but I did much more than get through it today. I actually felt like I was making progress; that I can step it up; that I can complete the programme. So thank you again, I couldn’t have done it without your help 😊
