So after a week off in the sun, I arrived back in the UK yesterday and decided to get straight back on the horse this morning!
W7R1 was certainly a little easier with fresh legs compared to the last run of W6. There were still a few gremlins telling me I couldn't do it, but I managed to ignore them and get through it- just about! I am hoping that runs 2 & 3 of the week will get slightly easier though...

👍They do Parky! You are into a settled period of just running from now on & it’s a great feeling to be doing what we set out to do! Well done for getting straight back into it! You are going to smash it! Keep hydrated & keep it slow & relaxed.
Nice one Parky88! Ive just done the same run tonight in the rain. I’m a bit behind schedule as i have had major gremlins telling me to drop out and that I don’t want to run for 25 mins at all. But i went and did it and didnt feel tired so i am back on track. Keep at it. Nice there are a few of us at the same stage. I kept thinking i have to keep going as i can see all the other people doing it so i must be able to too!
Well done, nice one! Yes seems week 6 is a tricky one that really messes with the head, but can see all these people doing it so determined not to give up! We can kick these gremlins butts
