So I finally managed to complete the plan today after starting in week 1 of lockdown!
Things went fairly well until week 7 and although I managed to do the 25 mins, as the time increased so did the heat, an absolute killer for me! Went back and forth repeating weeks then doing shorter runs on warm days (my brick wall was 20 mins).
Then 2 weeks ago I saw a gap in the weather and went for it! Did some 25 min runs to make sure I was ready, then completed week 8 without much difficulty.
Week 9 run 1 was fine, run 2 a bit slow then today was the hardest I've done! Too hot and slowed my pace as exhausted from a long working week, but i was absolutely determined and I did it!
So delighted! Now to aim to increase my distance to make it to 5k
