I did the 25 mins for w6r3 on Tuesday and though it was hard work I managed to cover just over 3k. Last night's w7r1, also 25mins was truly awful. I was blowing like a whale from 5mins in and really had to dig deep to finish it without a walk break.
I felt sick afterwards and though proud to have forced myself through it, it's made me feel nervous about my next run on Sunday and question whether I can do it.
Come on guys, do your thing and make me feel better please. X

🤗👍Well done for getting through it!!! Don’t be nervous! Hydrate more than ever today...more important than ever now!! Start the run very slowly, intentionally relaxing arms & shoulders.. keep checking your pace & slow it down. You will definitely do this!! Two previous runs have prepared your muscles & you can relax and enjoy next one😃
Sometimes we just have a bad running day, it's happened to me and I'm sure it's happened to many others. But running can be mind warfare. I'd try and stack the mind game in your favour for the next run. Pick the flattest route, best time of day (for you) and anything else that would help you win the mind games !
